Privacy Policy

This site (lamonov.tech) is the personal consulting website of Dmitrii Lamonov. It is intentionally minimal and collects only what you choose to send through the contact form. This policy explains what that is and how it is handled.

What the contact form collects

When you submit the enquiry form, the following information is sent to me:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company (optional)
• Which audience you identify with (private equity, business owner/CEO, or other)
• The message you write

How it is used

This information is used solely to read and respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and it is not used to build advertising profiles.

How your message is delivered

The form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker and the resulting email is delivered to me using Resend (resend.com), a transactional email provider. Your submitted details pass through Resend only to deliver that email. Please see Resend's own privacy policy for how they process email in transit.

Bot protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. To tell humans from bots, Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) when you submit the form. Turnstile is designed to be privacy-preserving: it does not track you across sites and is not used for advertising.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard technical request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are used.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, kept in your device's local storage purely so the site remembers your choice. It is never sent to any server.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained in my mailbox for as long as needed to correspond with you and keep a record of our discussion. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
